and I could swear it is about to snow. I could just feel it forming in the air. We’ve had pretty mild winters as long as I’ve lived in these parts, so the possibility of a big snowy winter could be quite exciting. I’m a big child really. Mrsfb will know this already, thanks to my console collection.

Still getting a few new old entries for the blog put in each night. Posting every day AND doing maintenance tasks like that? What is the world coming to, I ask you? Actually, I would recommend not going back and reading February 2003. It looks like I was beside myself with excitement about various Nintendo games, and very little else. I know I’m not the most exciting person in the world, so trust me when I say that was a really dull month.

Tired, as per. No gaming last night due to sore shoulder. Which was unusually wise for me. Did manage to get some more old blog entries copied in. I am getting close to having the whole archive finally transferred. Once I’ve done that, I shall start work on changing the look and feel here; I kind of feel I should finish the transfer first though.

Have been listening to the current Madonna single “Hung Up” a lot. It is more the sampled ABBA loop that gets me, but it is bloody great.

Have a fair old bit to get on with today, lots of fixing-up. Will try and catch up on the Adam Curry podcasts, I am behind by a couple. This is the only problem I have with podcasts, keeping up to date with the volume of output. In fact this is a problem I have with many forms of media (reminds self of the 900 rss feeds in my Bloglines reader, which needs whittling down some)

Been playing a lot of Amped 2 lately. Very difficult game to master, not at all like SSX in terms of learning curve. Annoyingly difficult at the later stages, but I am starting to get there with it. Would rather be playing SSX online though

old entries to older versions of this blog into blogger this weekend. I believe you should look at the November 2002 area to see the new stuff I’ve put up. Hoping to try and get all the old diary pages into here, then maybe see about carrying on with the older paper diaries. Have written to blogger themselves to ask if I can have pre-1990 diary dates or not.

Good weekend, went to Quimins with S on Saturday night for her birthday meal out. Absolutely delicious food. Other than that, took it fairly easy.

A new place to find rss feeds

My neck is hurting loads this morning. Slept funny neck, as the medical term has it.

Good evening with mrsfb and S, who brought lots of choc, and some mulled wine, which was nice, but feels a little heavy on my mind this morning. Drinking plenty of coffee.

If you are outrageously sharp-eyed, you might have noticed that I now have blog entries in my archive going back to 1991. Welllll, I’ve decided to add some entries from my diaries, and other things what I have written. I have stuff that dates to before the first permitted date on blogger, so for now I will date them in the blog post, then alter them if blogger ever sort it out. Also I am turning the other pages on my site into blog entries, so I can update all style etc at once. Will take a little while, but I’m motivated at the moment.

if you want to see how rss feed-mad I went yesterday, look at my blogroll . Down the left hand side. Mind you, I sorted it out by editing the raw OPML file, which was all surprisingly easy, and beautifully laid out. I didn’t really know what I was doing, I just opened the file in an editor, and it all immediatly made sense, which shows what a nice format it is.

I’m going to copy the rest of this site into blog posts themselves, so I can edit and update them from here. So you may see some of the links on the right cropping up as posts.
